Do I need to be certified to apply as a caregiver?
Certification is preferred but not always required for caregiving roles. We consider candidates with genuine compassion and caregiving aptitude who may be earlier in their professional development. Specific certification requirements vary by role and are described in each listing.
What geographic areas do you serve?
NestQuest Care currently serves the south DFW area, including Ellis County, southern Dallas County and portions of Tarrant and Johnson counties. We are actively expanding into additional DFW communities. Assignment availability depends on client demand and your location.
Are caregiver positions W-2 employee or 1099 contractor positions?
Employment classification details are discussed during the hiring process and depend on the specific role and applicable regulations. We comply with all applicable Texas and federal employment laws. Details will be provided during your interview.
What pre-employment requirements should I expect?
Employment may be contingent upon identity and work-authorization verification, reference checks, required registry and exclusion checks, criminal-history review where permitted by applicable law, competency validation and other role-specific requirements. TB testing, CPR certification and other health and safety requirements may apply depending on your role.
